Sgt. John Pearce (RAF)

Shortly I arrived at Fontainebleau in September 1954 I married my wife, Pat, in April the following year but because of my age at the time she was not able to accompany me until October 1956.

Charlie Collyer found us a lovely house in Samois-sur-Seine with all mod. cons. and a back garden that led to the river. I served as an instrument fitter at Melun Airfield. I left AAFCE in 1957 and now live in Erith, Kent.
